They say that "comparison" is the thief of joy.

It's so easy to feel bad when we're comparing ourselves to the best of the best.

But finding gratitude for everything we already have is a sure path to joy 💙

Really interesting point you make on the counterfactuals. I am usually in the upward counterfactual, nice to know there is a name to it now and I can work it.
