I love the connection you made between humor and vulnerability, Giacomo. It's true that humor can be a way to connect with others on a deeper level, to show them that we're not afraid to laugh at ourselves and that we don't take ourselves too seriously. It's a way to build trust and create a sense of belonging. Thank you for sharing this insightful perspective.

We need to cultivate a light environment both at home and work. Somehow we have forget to laugh in our daily life. And it's a reminder for all of us.

I guess some sort of funny jokes, stories, games and some sort of funny activities can bring laughter to your daily life.

Great post - I guess it ties into the old adage: "Laughter is the best medicine". Perhaps in order to cure problems in the business and parenting world (and life in general), we just need a dose of laughter!
