Thanks for sharing! I love cheerful songs and actually have a Spotify playlist I call “Joyful songs for kitchen dancing!” that I think largely fit within the parameters you’ve described. I’ll have to add some of your suggestions to it 😁🎶

Those are all great! I also like 80s rock for some weird reason, even though I was born in the 80s… I’m a triathlete and cadence and beat definitely has an effect on performance too. I wrote an article about it for Triathlete Magazine and we developed a playlist for cycling and running with the perfect cadence range.
