He actually says everyone is on their own. Where is the synergy of people working together, the one that fits perfectly but doesn’t market itself well? Your junior can see this and push him to the right spot. It must have been quite boring. The new look is nice, and I like the magazine, but it’s not my kind of philosophy.

Agreed that this piece is very centered on the individual rather than what we can accomplish with other people, which is equally important.
